All bedrooms have lovely views of the paddock, garden, forest or rolling hills and have a TV and tea and coffee making facilities.

Large inviting hall with oak staircase leading to a gallery. Dining room with oak table and chairs,sofa, TV and music centre,french windows leading to the garden where breakfast can be taken with beautiful views of the grounds.

Outside pleasant well kept patio garden to the rear leading directly to the 2 acre paddock with garden furniture.

2 large loose boxes with Fieldguard rubber stable matting. All weather menage, store room for bikes etc. Plenty of parking for boats, cars and horse trailers.
